Where we ship

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Charges

• Orders of ₹500 and above ship free.
• Orders below ₹500 carry a flat ₹49 shipping charge.
• The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added afterwards.

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders after that, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

During Skanda Sashti, Thaipusam and Karthigai Deepam, dispatch can take an extra one to two days because of volume. We will tell you if your order is affected.

Delivery time

• Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days
• Rest of South India: 3–5 working days
• Rest of India: 4–8 working days

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Remote pincodes take longer.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. If you have not received it within two working days of ordering, write to contact@murugandevotee.com with your order number.

Packing

Brass and metal items are bubble-wrapped individually and double-boxed. If a parcel reaches you visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day — that makes the courier claim straightforward.

If delivery fails

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, or the address is incorrect and the parcel returns to us, we will refund the order value minus the actual shipping cost incurred both ways.
